In India, Dental auxiliary i.e Chair side Dental assistant, Dental Lab Technician as a workforce has never been a structured ecosystem and a vacuum much needed to be filled specially with Dentistry going the next level. We focus on women empowerment by providing Skill training in Dental Auxiliary (Dental Assistant, Dental Technician) Healthcare job roles.

Right now our focus is on Dental Assistant training for high school Girls/Women from these communities. These Students are also trained on Tobacco Awareness so that they reach out to their communities and help gradually create Awareness on Tobacco.

Women Empowerment

The skill training course is focused primarily on Girls/Women. Helping them become financially independent by providing skills in Healthcare. They can get placement in private clinics, hospitals, and Dental colleges.

Dental Assistant Programme — 6 months

Programme overview

The Dental Assistant Programme is a six-month certified course that equips learners with practical chairside skills and foundational clinical knowledge required in modern dental settings.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Certification: Dant Pari Foundation in collaboration with KLE Institute of Dental Sciences, Belgavi (Karnataka)
  • 80% attendance required
  • PPE kit provided

  • Curriculum aligned to NSQF guidance as advised by NSDC
  • First Aid and CPR training included
Eligibility
  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Minimum qualification: Class 10
  • Basic English and computer knowledge
  • Class 12th pass/studying students from any stream can join

  • Can students without science stream in 12th class, also join the course?
    Yes, 12th pass/studying in any stream can do the Dental assistant course.
  • Does student has to pay the fee altogether or can be paid in installments?
    You can pay the course fee of Rs 5000/- in monthly installments with Rs 500 admission fee and Rs 900 per month for the next 5 months.
  • Is the job guaranteed after the course completion?
    We help and support students for placement, but job outcomes depend on the student's dedication and efforts.
  • Is the complete course available through online classes?
    Theory classes can be online for distant students, but practical classes require visiting the centre.
  • What is the minimum and maximum age for joining the Dental Assistant course?
    Any student pursuing or passed 12th can join. For job placement, minimum age is 18 years. There is no maximum age for joining.
  • How can we volunteer in the Dant Pari program?
    You can support by connecting low income community dental clinics and sponsoring women for Dental Auxiliary programmes.
  • How can dental professional connect to support?
    Employ our trained students as auxiliary staff, volunteer your time to take classes, and host field visits to your clinic.
